Just Joined..lite Ace Campervan !

Hi All!!

I have just joined TOC. Big hello's to you all!

I am in the process of restoring and refurbing my (just recently purchased) Toyota Lite Ace 1988 Campervan. Parts seem hard to come by so I thought I should ask here.

At present I have ripped out all the interior and will be looking to upholster etc and renew the pop up top later, AFTER I get all the bodywork sorted. Currently, the side sliding door (left side) is a rust heap and I am seeking a new door, don't matter what colour as I am going all the way and respraying once all the rust has been sorted on the van (mainly round wheel arches and windows).

I must be mad!!! Just fell in love with the van and she runs like a dream. Perfect for weekend hols and the like, festivals and face painting (one of my professions).

If anyone can help with any spares, breakers yards etc I would be very grateful as I would like to get the parts needed sooner rather than later.
