Rav4 Hesitating And Stumbling

I have a 2006 Rav4 4 cylinder with 31,000 miles on it. It has run like a top until the last month or so.

On acceleration, it will hesitate, and when I let off on the gas pedal, it seems to buck or hesitate.

Also, it has very little power until it has warmed up. The only thing I have done recently is to change

the air filter. Thanks for the help.

sounds like a carburation problem - dya use the stock air filter?? Or maybe a wire has come off a sensor?
