Alarm And Immobiliser Problem

;) I recently changed my Battery and Crank sensor because my mr2 would not start. I also put the diagnostics machine on and no faults were shown.

Now when i try to start my car it cranks but only after a lot of attempts it then starts. I think it is my immobiliser as before there was random beeping and now i think its stuck on permantely and is stop the car from starting. Any ideas or advice please let me know :D
