Gear Box Oil.

In the next couple of week my MR2 is having all her fluids replaced :) new sparks, new rocker cover gasket, new dizzy and rotor arm and her paint work sorted all in the name of JAE.

What I need to know is what oil do I need to replace the old stuff in the gear box?

Kiya is an Auto Import N/A 1990 G-ltd MR2!
