Hello, new to the list. Hope ya'll can give me some good advice. Had the old Camry (1984...124k miles) tuned up by a mechanic who has been quite good. After tune up the temperature outside got colder over the following week. Discovered that the car will not start if the outside temperature is less than 50F. It floods. Any suggestions? Thankyou

Try disconecting the coolant temperature sensor and bridging it out this will kid the ECU that the engine is hot, it should then start OK. If this works replace the sensor, if not take it back to the guy that did the tune up. Let us know how you get on.
