Horn Sounds On Its Own/starter Problems

Hi all

New to all this bought a lucida about 4 years ago no problems until now!

1) Horn has gone off all on its own (twice now at night) any suggestions as to why??

2)Car is an auto has just started to not start (excuse the pun) only sometimes when in neutral wont engage remove key try again works?? only sometimes any suggestions?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Has it got an alarm fitted?

If so ( especially aftermarket ) then that would be my first suspect.
