1991 Mk2 Rev 1 N/a Exhaust Parts Description

Hi all again. Could anyone tell what parts make up the exhaust on my August 1991 MR2 mk2 rev1. Looking under the car I can see the main box across the car (with the two outlets), and a smaller box running along side it (before the main box in terms of flow) the pipe then seems to lead off to the engine. Just wondering if the smaller box is the cat or is this simply a silencer before the main box. If this is the case where would I locate the cat (if fitted to my model)

I cant find any obvious signs of sensors in the system but as it has so many heat shields I maybe just missing it)

The cat is the smaller pipe that sits horizontal to the main back box.

So its Downpipe, CAT, bend and the backbox!
