I am fully comp with T Sport. Can i claim on the insurance for some scratches that i have happened due to road resurficing. Would it cost me any more ?

any advice please.

If you put a claim in for that, then there is the obvious danger of loosing your no claims if you have any, if you dont have any then you have nothing to loose, however its highly likely next years premium will be more expensive as you will have made a claim, whatever your situation re NCD - Hopefully this make sense

Unless the car is trashed it would probably be better to pay someone to sort it out.

If there were no road signs warning about loose chippings then you could try and make a claim against the council.

Easiest option is just to sort it yourself tho.
