Servicing Toyota Yaris 1.4d?

Hi All, I have a Yaris 1.4D on a 52 plate that has 31,000 miles on the clock, its been pretty faultless for the last 6 years however is starting to sound a bit ruff and I'm loosing some performance. I have never seviced it and am bit of a novice when it comes to cars. Can anyone help and tell me exactly what needs tobe done in the service and how musch I will have to pay (guesstimate). Thanks in advance for any information that can be provided. MP
