Reprogramming Of New Hilux Key

Hi, Ive managed to loose the master key to my 06 hilux single cab and don't have a spare.... toyota have qouted me £150 for two new cut keys (cut to the origonal spec for the truck but not programmed) and a staggering £881 for the transponder unit in the truck!!! does anyone know if theres a way of me reprogramming the new keys that Ive got on order? Im crapping myself at the thought of having to fork out over a grand to sort this out.... thanks in advance Andy
