1990 Lc 4.2 Td Leaking Fuel Pump

Hi all, first post from me, I hope someone can help.

Have got a diesel leak coming from the fuel pump on my 1990 4.2TD, looks like it is coming from a horizontal gasket towards the top of the body of the pump, just above the inlet union. Couple of questions:

- is this likely to be a fix, or replacement?

- if a replacement, what is the make and model no. of the pump?

- where can I get one, and are they heinously expensive? Saw one for a 94-99 model on eBay secondhand for £350!! Ouch!

The make is a denso and the model number is on a little plaque on the side of the pump. I forget which numbers are relevant.

I think the gasket you say is leaking is a fairly easy fix
