I used to smoke 15 Hamlet cigars a day and gave them up overnight many years ago

My GP sent me to a NHS Nutritionalist (try saying that after a few drams!) and she put me on a diet....and so I did it and went back after 6 weeks - I'd put on half a stone

Then I got my guts un-kinked and lost 5kgs, but somehow put it back on through comfort-eating so now spend an hour ofetn with a psycho!! :lol:

Wish I had your will-power to do something but I need to maintain a shape for my 'wardrobe' !
