Alloy Wheels

Hello all.

As i know Toyota have warranty covering against corrosion for 12 years as far as i know. Does this also cover the alloy wheels as on all four of my wheels the paint is coming off showing the metal. (This shouldn't happen!!!)

Also to ask my left headlamp the shiny mirror surface inside a little is peeling off and is just hanging there. Will Toyota also replace this as the same warranty offered for the headlamps misting up.

P.S: What warranty is Toyota giving for the headlamp issue. Ive heard its 5 years & under 100,000miles.

the extended warranty on the head lamp is 5yrs or 100000miles bt i dont no if that will cover the lining flaking off its really only for condensation issues all you can do is try

with regards to your alloys if the car is out of warranty which i assume it is being a 55reg the corrosion of the alloys wont be covered but they could give you the option of getting them refurbished maybe

Yeah i didn't think they would either. I was going to ask an alloy specialist to refurbish them as the back left one is kerb damaged thanks to previous ******* owner.
