Would Painting Brake Callipers Void Warrenty?

I wanted to get my cars brake callipers painted, but im not sure whether it would void the breake callipers manifaturers warrenty?

Anyone have any ideas?

Phone and ask but so long as its done competently then I see no reason why it would.

It would void the warranty at least for any problems on the brake system I reckon.

One question is how would you prove it was done "competently"

i know tht my toyota garage wont let you touch the car or any of its workings, remember, the warantee system is like insurance, they will try to get out of their end of the bargain in any way possible!

It will only void the warranty if the problems were caused by the modification, i.e. you fit HID headlights and the headlight leaks water because of this modification then Toyota want repair it for free but if your rear light leaked water then as long as it’s standard there will be no problems with your claim.
