Hilux V Misubishi L200

Hi, I am new to this forum seeking opions on which vehicle to purchase.

Currently I have a Landrover Discovery 3 which I am thinking of exchanging for a new Toyota Hilux or Mitsubishi L200 Animal! :help:

Used to own and run Toyota Hilux's and never had a bad one, only reason of moving away was no crew cab version was THEN available. Have so far only driven the Hilux which went well, my only dissapointment was the so called built in bluetooth which didnt look very built in to me!

Hoping to test drive the Mitsubishi shortly, only worry I have with Hilux is the apparent limited towing weight compared with the Mitsubishi which I am surprised at, as everything else on the Hilux looks more workmanlike.

Has anyone had experience of both of these vehicles who would be willing to pass on your experiences or advice.

Good to see a lively forum, use the Landrover one which is also great (often sorting out problems though!) :unsure:

I bought the Lux because it has more space than the Mitsi in the back and to be honest because I prefer the looks. It's good and strong and with no major probs in the 40k that I've done. Good off road too.Navara before and that spent it's life being repaired.

You could also try the Hilux Pickup Club - HPOC.co.uk It's a very good forum, but they will of course be a bit biased!!
