Your Aygo Service History Booklet

My Aygo was 1 day old, and snaffled from the Toyota dealer's service dept (it was to have been one of their courtesy cars - I got it when rejecting an older used Aygo on the 30-day exchange thing).

Anyway, after some waiting, I've now got all of the paperwork... except for the service history booklet (I suppose they took that out of the pack that they leave in the glovebox because it was the courtesy car).

I'm about to call Mr T to ask for this booklet, and I want to know if there are any PDI/initial stamps that it should have stamped inside. I want to make sure that whatever would be there for a normally-new car is present and correct - I don't just want them to give me a new blank one.

So please let me know if the first entry on yours is some sort of PDI/'hand-over' stamp or just the first 10,000m/1yr stamp.

Also, I know that cars don't need 'running in' nowadays, but is there some sort of 500m checkup/etc to get done?

Ta muchly :)
