As you can see from the above, the location is perfect. For anyone travelling from the South side of the Humber estuary with it being a straight drive from The Humber Bridge, those of you travelling from the West can see that it is almost a straight shoot down the M62, and the run down from the North is either straight down from York or a shoot down the coastal roads near Bridlington etc …

MORE INFORMATION:

These BANK HOLIDAY meets are planned every year by the club and rain or shine (and even snow last year!) we have had a great turn out from not only NipponSquad club members, but also other Jap enthusiasts and their clubs.

This meet offers great social atmosphere, lots of parking, and lots of variety with all types of Japanese cars turning up.

The last May Bank Holiday meet saw over 80 enthusiast owned Japanese cars turn up (please see pictures of previous meets at the bottom of this thread).

The Ketch Pub obviously offer a large selection of food and drink, and also on the day of the meet, a BBQ will be set up in the beer garden that overlooks the large car park. If BBQ doesn’t tickle your fancy, then only a stones throw away is a McDonalds and Supermarket.

This will be a great warm up meet before Rising Sun Car Show.

-------------------------------------

IF ANYONE REQUIRES ANY MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE POST UP YOUR QUESTIONS IN THIS THREAD AND I’LL ANSWER THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN LOG ON TO NIPPONSQUAD.CO.UK AND CLICK ON THE “CONTACT US”.

-------------------------------------

Couple of snaps from the meet last year, we hope to see all of you that attended last year again this year.

:o shame. maybe you didnt try hard enough, going for the carvery, 5 mins looking cars then going home seems abit of a half hearted attempt at being an enthusiast :P

Well seeing as all there was on offer was few cars (some nice) and then a bunch of tools flying up and down the road at the side of the pub and that was about it!

We went to carvery and when we cam back it was half empty

Good luck though
