Is this an easy job? Is there a 'how to' guide anywhere (I did a search on here but couldn't find one)

There is no 'how to' guide as far as I know. I thought back after I replaced mine that I should have taken some pics and made one ¬_¬

They are easy to replace tho, just got to take care when initially !Removed! them in, then getting the right torque

Main issue when !Removed! in is to not cross thread

Then as for the torque, when you unscrew the old ones, 'feel' for the torque on them and you will get a pretty accurate idea of how the new ones should be

Don't forget some copper grease around the screw thread and base of the plugs!
