Door Ajar Warning Light

Hi My 'door ajar' warning light is stopping on regardless, which means the wireless central locking has stopped working (thinks the door is open) I have checked the two door courtesy switches and they are fine (grounding open) What else do I need to check? I couldn't find any courtesy switch on the boot, but assume there must be something?? Help very much appreciated! Rich Celica 140 Blue Ed. 2005.
