2006 Landcruiser Satnav

I have a 2006 Toyota Landcruiser Invincible, recently one of my grandchildren pressed a button on the satnav system and the language has changed to I think German.It is not the large map version it is the smaller black and white turn by turn version,how do I get it back to the english language.I have looked at the owners handbook myself, and also my son inlaw and neither can manage to reset it.We think we are reasonably intelligent but this has beaten both of us,and we need help as we are going away in a few days and do not want to have to buy a portable version if this one can be reset.Any help you can give would be appreciated.
