T180 2 Year/ 20000 Mile Service

Annual service at the end of October. Phoned around locally for price for 2nd year/ 20000 mile service:

* Western Toyota at Cameron Toll, Edinburgh: GBP 343.57 inclusive.

* Western Toyota at Sighthill, Edinburgh (yep, same company as above): GBP 320.00 inclusive.

* Arnold Clark, Bishopbriggs, Glasgows: GBP 264.57 inclusive, but would do 10% discount on cheaper parts (GBP 238.11). Curiously, they said it includes changing the batteries on the key fobs. Has there been a problem?

* Shields Toyota, Hamilton: GBP 228.71 inclusive.

Arnolds at Bishopbriggs, done my 20K 3 weeks ago for £220.0 (priced to undercut Shields). They also done the key Battery, pollen filter and

adjusted the handbrake.

:D Phoned Arnold back and asked if they could they match Shields Toyota price.

They ummed and aahed, and then I said you had it done 3 weeks ago for £220. So he price matched that - pollen filter, key fobs, the whole lot

And so a saving of £123 on the dealer's price from where I bought it from.
