Hi guys,

Does anyone on here know the location of the factory fitted alarm in the car, having a few probs with it going off all the time after disconnecting my microwave sensor in the centre console which i thought it was, it still every now and again goes off. Im either:

: going to rip it out set fire to the B******!

: Have a look to see if any water is getting in, or anything obvious i cant see any leaks and have cleaned my drains.

And yes i have done the alarm reset and key configuration which is on here. and the door and bonnet switches work alright setting the alarm off.

Thanks again for any help

Neal

Well thanks for the overwhelming help i had with this problem.......................

after googling i have found that it could be a poor car Battery setting the alarm off, after testing mine it was in poor health so recently got a new one fitted, the alarm seems to be holding at the moment,

If anyone reads this then Mr T are supplying and fitting a Battery for £65

Halfords are charging £59

i got mine from an auto shop for £44 so it pays to shop around!
