Easiest way is to setup a photobucket account. (www.photobucket.com)

You can from there upload your pictures from your computer, once uploaded there's a few options to use for adding pictures.

Either URL, Which is just giving someone the link. or use the one with )

Once you've done it once it's pretty simple. Give it a go.

For posting the pictures directly in to the forum,s you always have to use the link with picture[/img.]
