Central Locking Fault

I have a '01 yaris 5 door with a central locking fault.The car has manual central locking, not remote central locking. The rear doors and the boot arent locking with the other two doors. When the key is turned in the drivers door, the drivers door and front passanger door work as normal. When the switch inside the car for the central locking is pressed it will only lock the driver and front passanger doors but wont unlock them. Ive tested the switch and it is working, checked all fuses, checked all the door looms, everything seems fine. The only thing I can think of is the door control module. Anyone have any ideas?
