my friend pointed out the other night that my discs are glazed & need replacing.

Are there any discs & pads that people would recommended?

Dear all,

Need to get a set of disks and pads alround for my corolla. so instead of starting a new thread i thought i hijack this one a little bit. i see these sets on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT

are they any good? this is just for road use, only really thinking of drilled and grooved mainly for asthetics.

thoughts?

or is it better to stick with brand names? if so any goos suppilers ?

great they were my preference im have been emailing them for a price inc mintex pads. but they has asked me to measure my brakes my car is a 2002 52 plate.

here is there reply:

Your model is right on the cross over year there are 2 options of front and 2 options of rear for the same year, i have attached the sizes below for you 275mm or 255mm on the front or the 266mm or the 279mm on the rear, to be certain of the sizes we would advise that you measure your current discs to be certain of the sizes

does any one know the right size?

Thanks

Joel

D4d, T sport and Compressor all have the same brakes.

the compressor starts life off as a t sport before it ends up in germany for its upgrade.
