Paseo Brake Problem

Was wondering if anyone has had problem with their brakes. On my 92 Paseo The brake peddle has excessive travel And the brakes never really hit solid. I've changed the Master cylinder, Turned all drums and rotors, changed pads and shoes and bled the brakes thoroughly. Also Tested the booster... it doesn't leak. Has anyone come across something like this. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like blocked air somewhere in the system, failing that have you repalced the hoses at all? If they're original they'll be flexing loads under pressure now
