Tns700 Satnav

I have a 2008 1.8 TR with a TNS700 Satnav (generation 5) installed. The 4 DVD pack included with it is 2007/8 Ver.1(E10). To date I have only used the West Europe disk. I know this head unit and/or disks was standard for a period of time in other Toyota / Lexus cars. Would my Toyota original disks be worth anything to another forum member if I was to buy the latest map updates (2009/10 -(E12)) at £159 from http://www.toyota-mapupdates.eu/? I would be interested if anyone can tell me what improvements in accuracy, features, etc I may see compared the older set of disks.
