The only saving grace for me and my T180, is that I drill in my mind that if my Megane 1.9dCi 120hp averaged approx 41mpg over 110,000miles, (official combined is 52mpg), therefore in my T180 I should accept 32-35mpg as an average, (official combined being 45mpg).

Anything over 35mpg I will be happy with, I haven't been on a long journey yet, but I expect at least 40mpg. I just need to ready myself to find out that I will not achieve at least 40mpg though!

What have Toyota done!!!

Well I know exactly how you feel and we found with our T180 we got around 29-31mpg driving to work and back which is around 4 miles involves a few stop starts etc but the funny thing was around 18mont
