Hi everyone I've just joined the forum and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.

I'm looking to buy a Toyota Corolla D4D 2.0. I've seen a few 2002/2003/2004 reg with high(ish) miles and was wondering if there is anything I should be aware of when test driving them. Am I right in thinking this model has the timing chain rather than the belt? and would you be put off by 90-100k miles even with full service history? I've looked on warrantydirect.com and they seem to be very reliable as most Japanese cars are.

Any advice would be very welcome
