Roof Rails For Rav 4 2003 Nrg

Hi I have just recently bought a 2003 Rav 4 nrg which is needing a wee bit of TLC as its been neglected on the outside and also subject to a wee bit of theft hence the need for roof rails . Can anyone suggest a good place to buy either new or second hand the roof rails . I think I will also need rubber runners/seals for the spaces between the rood rails . Hope my description makes sense to someone.
