Is this for your mkII CeliSupra?

If so, a mate of mine may have a used one for you. I'll let you know a price etc when I've spoke to him.

if you can't get hold of one, i know there's specialist companies that repair them - don't know how much they charge, though.

i think the last owner had the fuel tank on mine sent off and repaired - ill try and dig the bill out if you want.

okay, ive found a bill from 1999. it says it was for:

"Drain out petrol tank and remove. send away to specialist repairer for leaks. Refit all pipes, electric connections and refit tank. Also refill with petrol, check leaks and operation of petrol guage and road test"

the bill came to £158.63

Fantastic idea and not too dear either £155.50 plus vat but that includes all seals and rings plus fuel voucher........only problem there was the time factor......three weeks to produce and as mine is an everyday runner as well as being old i had to get something done quick.

Here's were Toyota North Yorkshire really shone through

Brand new tank, all seals, Tank of Fuel and FITTED £189.90 :D but you have to take into account that includes a 10% discount for using them before and a CONSIDERAL REDUCTION FOR BEING A GOLD MEMBER.

Thanks for all you help again guys and it pays to go gold even if you running an old en

SR20'd TA22?

That will be the <if my vocabulary was any smaller, it would be nearly as small as my genitals>!

A friend of mine's done an SR20DET conversion (not in a TA22 tho!) and is thinking about it for his AE86 as well...he should have a few parts lying around and a bit of experience so if there's anything you need I'll ask him.

What will you do with the 2/3-T hybrid? My TE71 would make a good home for it ;)

Sorry to hear that things aren't going well for you mate... I can sympathise, the bloke who owned my 86 before me looked after the mechanics of the car like a dream, sadly he couldn't be ****d with the body work and I need a tear down and respray too :(

If anyone might know any places that might give tips on spraying?...
