I Need Your Help On My Stereo

I am installing a Pioneer Deh-1200MP inside my 2000 toyota Corolla. I matched up all the colors to the harness i bought and was left with a Blue with white wire(Remote Controll access) on the harness that connects to the stereo. And there is a blue wire and an orange wire on the other end of the harness so i left the disconnected. When i installed my new head unit in it did not want to turn on and then i noticed that my Clock that is in my car(not the stereo) does not turn on either which it did before. I checked the fuse and even replaced it thinking that would solve my problem but nothing or maybe i checked the wrong fuse(under the hood). So my stereo is not working and my car digital clock stoped working. What can it be if it is not the fuse. Maybe i need to connect the blue wire to the blue and white wire? What please and thank you.
