We are looking for owners of Toyota cars fitted with the hybrid engines (Prius, Auris, Camry, Highlander etc) in the London area that would be willing to attend a focus group in early June.

The research has been commissioned by a major car manufacturer and is being conducted to help them get some clearer insights in the thoughts, opinions and feelings of existing users of alternative drive train vehicles.

The focus group in Central London (W1) would last for 2 hours for which you'd be paid £50 for participating, and is completely confidential. It is in no way a sales pitch or presentation and you wouldn't be contacted again after the group. We are running two groups, so there are two to choose from as follows:

* Group A: Monday 6th June @ 6:00pm

* Group B: Wednesday 8th June @ 6:00pm

Unfortunately, due to our budget, we can't provide travel expenses, so in all probability this project may only be of interest to people living or working in the London area (sorry to all of you that aren't/don't!)

If you are interested in participating, please get in touch for further details, and please make sure to include the following information when doing so:

* Your name:

* Your contact email:

* Your preferred group:

* Your car make:

* Your car model:

* The year your car was first registered:

Please reply to projects@interiority.info and also please feel free to take a look at our website to maybe set your mind at rest that we aren't a bunch of scoundrels!

Kindest regards

Jon

I've done these seminar's before (IT related) while I was working in London.... quite fun, so if you actually live in London and can be bothered to go it could be a good evening.....

Travel expenses for those HSD drivers to drive in London is probably only £2 (or a good pie) anyway :lol:

Which "major car manufacturer" is it?

Is it a competitor to Toyota?

It may not be a competitor. One of the focus groups I did was for HP. The criteria was for people that used Compaq and Dell products. HP were about to buy Compaq and we weren't told that at the time. So it could well be Toyota who want opinions from users.

As I said above, if you live in or very near London for a couple of hours it could be quite illuminating and if I was nearer I would certainly go for it!

Thanks Tone, your comments are much appreciated.

Unfortunately we can't tell you which manufacturer the project has been commissioned by, partly because it's all a bit secretive, but mainly because it could skew people's thinking before they even arrived at the group. It's always best to let people see any new concepts with a completely fresh set of eyes as it were. However, the identity of the commissioning client will become apparent at the group itself.

Also, I'd forgotten to mention that the rights of the people taking part are protected by our governing body; The Market Research Society. Details of the Code of Conduct can be viewed here: http://www.mrs.org.uk/standards/codeconduct.htm

So once again, if you're interested and available, please complete the following details and email them back to us at: projects@interiority.info

* Your name:

* Your contact email:

* Your preferred group:

* Your car make:

* Your car model:

Kindest regards (and thanks again Tone)
