Hi guys,

I'm about to clean my EGR valve & pipe on my 2007 Avensis T-180 (2AD) and was wondering if anyone had a Pdf file for the torque wrench settings to put the valve and pipe back on please? Any help would be very welcomed...

Hi mate.

I have attached a file giving the torque values for the earlier EGR valve etc etc and i don't think they will be much different. I suspect most Toyota techs won't be using a torque wrench to do this job!

You always come up trumps for me my mate. Thank you very much for the pdf file. I've gotta day off tomz so gonna now spend it out on the car. Full service 1st and the a wash, clay and polish for the pld girl. many thanks again pal :)
