Where Is The Lambda / Oxygen Sensor On My 1995 Mk 1 Rav4 ?

Folks,

Im vehicle failed its MOT on emmisions and Im trying to locate the lambda probe on the vehicle.

It is a 2 door 1995 Rav4 Auto.

The only probe I ccan find is halfway down the vehicle bolted with two bolts into the side of the exhaust and the short cable appears to disaapear directly above into the cabin somewhere.

Here are my questions:

1) Is this the only sensor ?

2) Where does the wire go ...it appears to be disappearing into the cabin

3) How many wires on the probe....2 or 4 ?
