Dpf Removal?

Hi guys, im considering having the dpf removed off my avensis 2.2 59 plate, has anyone had this done, or know of any pitfalls? Thanks in advance

It cant be done as yet due to the denso ecus on them, nobody has cracked them yet

DPF operation is not currently being tested during the MOT but as fitment is an EU directive this will change soon. Once it does become part of the MOT then it will constitute a failure so will become a costly exercise for those who have had them removed.
