Turbomag Or Just A Blag?

Has anyone actually given these TurboMag Fuel Savers a try? For the price (£3.95 pair) they look to promise this 25% saving on fuel consumption. Even when you factor in that you might need two pairs (£7.90), this would easily save more than that with one tank of fuel!.

However, I would prefer to hear from anyone who can confirm it works for real, so over to you guys.
