Sienna - Changing Lock Settings

I'm having problems trying to change the lock option on my new Sienna so the doors aren't locked when I put it in park. According to my owners manual this is "function (B)". It says...

"To set function (B) - Push and hold the rear of the driver's side power door lock switch for 5 seconds with the selector lever in the 'P' position."

I try this but it doesn't seem to work. Is there supposed to be some sort of beep when the function is set? Nothing seems to happen so I must be doing it wrong! Right now the default is all the doors stay locked which is a real pain.

Any help would be appreciated!
