Help please !

My car has a habit of cutting out for a second or two after a motorway run. A diesel specialist could find no fault ( no surprise ) but suggested I clean the throttle body. Where is it please ? My car is a 2007 model diesel Avensis.

I had a problem with my 2.0 d4d when it was cold (0/-) on start up. I had to give it some gas when starting then it would idle ok. Once it was started it would start every time. Found out that the fuel pressure regulator was faulty (it sits on the side of the pump). Was an easy fit part amd worked a treat. Maybe that's playing up?
