Avensis T27 Front Door Sills

I've a query about the plastic trim pieces that run along the bottom edge of the front door frames that sit inside of the car right next to the rubber door frame seal (I don't mean the separate scuff plates with 'Avensis' on them).

Mine have some scratches, so would like to change them. The plastic par looks like a push fit as there are no fixings listed. However, before I attempt this job, has anyone any experience of removing and refitting these trims?
