Adding A Cd Changer

I have just bought a 2000 Avensis GS TD with a standard Toyota TM4000 head unit. I have a Blaupunkt 10 CD changer from a previous car that I was thinking of installing. I was wondering if there is a standard output for the CD lead (the round 10 or so pin type) on the back of the TM4000. If not, where could I get a lead/adaptor (other then dealer) and what code/fitting is it? Also, on the Avensis, are the power and speaker fittings standard iso (clarion / kenwood etc fittings) as this may influence the choice of a handsfree kit I was thinking of installing. If anyone has a picture of the back of the TM4000 it would be very helpful.
