Toyota Touch 2 With Go Plus Sat Nav Traffic

Got a face lifted 2015 Auris Excel Hybrid with touch 2 go plus as standard and looking from any other users with the same system for a bit of advice on the sat nav?

I get warnings of traffic delays on all A & B roads pretty well, but nothing shows up on motorways, driving back from the coast tonight all was shown a clear then hit stationary traffic by J21A of the M25 but the sat nav was not showing any red lines or telling me there were issues, even when we passed traffic by the M11 that was at a stand still the map showed all clear.

Has anyone managed to get it to show these delays up or do i need to tick something in the settings but I have looked but cannot find anything? Its back to the dealer Monday to see if they can help?
