Anyone know when these were introduced? Anyone got a list for Rav4?

In D-CAT form 2006. In non-D-CAT form I would think 2009.

Remember that these engines (up to Dec 2008 production for the RAV-4 according to the TSB) can also potentially suffer from head/head-gasket problems which are very expensive to repair out of warranty.

All models with 2.2 2AD-FHV Engines so that includes T180/SR180 and Auto transmission models have DPNR which is a Diesel particulate NOx reduction filter called D-CAT by Toyota.

2.2 2AD-FTV engines built from 12/2008 have DPF fitted.
