Fit A Wing Mirror.

I have to fit a drivers side wing mirror to my Toyota Yaris 2009. I have taken off the grey plastic cover at the top of the inside door opposite the wing mirror and inside it seems to be a complete door moulding.

Do I have to take the whole door moulding off to get to the three nuts inside and if so do you know how?

I did find an answer on the internet but it appears to be was the old style fitting.
