New Rav4 Owner Fog Light Question

Hi there - i've just got my partner a Rav4 NV 2003 model this weekend, which she loves, we got a great condition FSH model at a bargain price, and was wondering how easy it was to fit front FOG lights to it - it seems to have the front turning lamps (indicators) in the front bumper, these lights look to be the same shape as the front indicators/fogs you see in the higher NRG models..

Appreciate i'd need to fit a switch / relay and run wiring into the car - but the lamps themselves - are they a direct swap from the NRG to the NV models?

Many thanks and it feels sooo nice to be a Toyota owner again - after a few year gap, and having owned 3x Celica GT4's in the past :)
