Can you fix movement in the drivers seat?

On my 2005 Mk1 Yaris T-Sport there is movement on the seat where it pivots forwards & backwards to the extent where it feels loose compared to the passenger seat.

The four bolts in to the floor are secure and there is no movement in the these or the seat rail, it is purely within the seat itself.

Is there any way of tightening this up so that there isn't this movement within the seat and if so how do I do it or is this a job for a specialist or even time to look for a new seat?

Any thoughts / comments would be welcome.

Thanks

The only one I ever dismantled was an ancient BMW, and there was lots of wear on all the pivot points.  If you're good with your hands it's feasable (but time consuming and fiddly) to strip it down and replace or re-pack the pivot points but it might be easier to source a replacement seat from a breaker.

Beware some cars have a sensor on the seatbelt buckle which will trigger an SRS fault, so if you're going to remove any electrical plugs during your work then make sure you DO NOT switch on the ignition while the plugs are disconnected (or better still - disconnect the battery).  Further, some cars need the original components fitted, so you'd probably be best to remove the belt buckle from your old seat and fit it to your new one just in case.  Usually there's just one bolt holding it on tho, so it's not difficult.

Will try to source a 2nd hand seat & I'm right in thinking that the seats in the T-Sport were only in that model & not other variants?

Might also have a look if there are any upholsterers by me who could possibly sort something.
