Performance Service Parts

Hi all. I have a 91 N/A MR2 GT T-Bar 3S-GE 158BHP model with 120K. It is due for a service, and I was going to replace the service items with some after market bits, such as plugs, air filter, oil, plug leads, etc.

Can anyone suggest parts for the above items. I was thinking of replacing the airfilter with a Ramair cone filter, but I need suggestions on oil, plugs, etc. Also, where can I get these. I just thought it may run a bit better if these parts were replaced with better parts than the standard stuff!

One other thing, what should the 3S-GE plug gap be?

Ram Air is prolly the best induction kit for the car you have so v good choice there...

Oil: Stick with Toyota 10-30

Leads - Magnecor (Fensport)

Plugs- Supposedly Copper give better spark although PLatinum last longer...

Filter - as above

Plug Gap - If my brain is working I think it maybe 0.8 (had a few so I would check)
