MMT issues

Hi all,

Just after advice.

Toyota Auris 08 plate.

Drove car with no issues for 3 yes then went into N mode. Toyota dealer fixed it but still had issues. After 3/4months the dealership gave up. Then 14 months later it went into N mode in the outside  lane of the motorway!! A different Toyota dealer fixed it. I returned it straight away stating issues. After 2 test drives with the mechanic (doing his suggestions ) it now has the clutch management light on .  Its awaiting the dealer to confirm the issue. Do I have any legal recourse to these expensive fixes not working ? Or anyone with similar experiences?

Thanks

Moved from the Yaris club to the Auris club.

Presumably as the first fix was over 14 months ago, you have no recourse re this.

As regards the later attempt, presumably the second dealer has yet to come back to you.

Any recourse would be against the repairer (the dealer) as that is whom your contract is with.
