Good day to you all. I would like to know what is the name of the part on the picture for a Toyota hiace 1kd and it's purpose. My vehicle is having a rough iddling and loss of power. If I disconnect the pipe from the part shown on the picture the vehicle perform well. What might be the problem. There is an engine check light on dashboard and DPF light is also illuminated. Please help
