I have a 2015 RAV4.

I was cleaning the inside of my car and found this down the side of the drivers seat on the carpet.

I cannot see where it has come from?! Any ideas?

Not sure what this is

flipped the image and Managed to pull the RU/UL Number DEC 32V-0 - it's a part made in japan

from the looks of it, that part is fixed and slides backwards and forwards on pcb tracks, it connects to controls or lighting of some type via a flat flex cable

do you have power seats ?

Think i have found it, it's the seat position sensor connector board

Odd one, look under the other seat and see if you can see something similar ?, it reminds me of an old car of mine that went into a dealers for a mirror motor to be done and a few week later I found a Snap on pair of pliers !, RESULT 😂

Yes, driver's seat is powered. Well found flash! The seat still works. Would that sensor be for if the seat had memory function which mine does not?

Maybe it was in a mechanics pocket from another job and fell out into your car when he was sat or reaching inside to do something.
